VIDITalk introduces Video capability to Palm 700 Mobile Device
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)—March 28, 2006--VIDITalk Corporation, a leading provider of video messaging, announced today the formation of a strategic relationship with Palm Inc, to integrate video technology into the new Palm 700w. This relationship opens the door for Palm, its resellers and carriers to offer streaming video as a value-added feature to its mobile devices. This unique capability enables government agencies to push video content from centralized information sources and mission critical information to field personnel carrying the Palm 700W.
VIDITalk(TM) software enables government personnel to easily create video messages (VIDIs) on desktop or portable computers. They are instantly delivered around the world through streaming technology via the Internet to wired and wireless devices including computers, cell phones and PDAs - without downloads or attachments.
VIDITalk will be featured at the Palm booth at VA InfoSec 2006 in Atlanta on April 3rd, 4th and 5th. Veterans Administration physicians will be able to see how sending medical images and data directly to the Palm 700 mobile device can expedite and assist in the communication of time sensitive medical information as well as facilitate consultations. VIDITalk is HIPAA compliant and can be integrated into existing medical communication infrastructure.
